I have the same mouse and had no problem with wubi and ubuntu.

Type “Pidgin” in search and check box next to pidgin package then apply change.
I’ve a problem with 9.0.4. I cannot install Pidgin messenger client. Can anyone help me out here ?

I’ve heard that using Wubi for Linux with Windows installs just like it installs and uninstalls for a regular windows quite easily without having to partition your drive off. I just wonder if I do this will it allow me to upgrade easily to a new Ubuntu distribution without uninstalling.

Good stuff DR. The Netbook Remix GUI is really nice. I like it. I had a few “behavioral problems” with mine, but unless you know what to look for, you probably won’t notice it. Share and enjoy.
I used to love Ubuntu. Until of course 9.04 stopped working with my graphics… I might buy a netbook and boot it with that.
